1. How long will it take to produce my order?

Production can take 3 – 5 days to manufacture your blinds. Once production is completed, delivery will be scheduled.

The delivery is scheduled to the most suitable time for the customer.

2. How long and when is my order delivered?

The total lead time from placing your order to receiving your order is around 10 days.

We request the recipient is at home to accept the order, however we understand the busy schedules of our customers, and will be happy to deliver your product atthe time that is convenient for you.

We ensure only the best courier companies are in charge of delivering your order to you, which is why we have sourced TNT to deliver all our products right to your door.

If you find that your product has been damaged in the slightest way, please ensure that upon signing for your delivery you state the product has been received damaged.

After signing the delivery as damaged, please email through photographs to accent.direct@www.accentblinds.com.auto convey your delivery.

We will then investigate the issue and take it up with the courier company. Don’t worry, we have outlined insurance options for you to purchase at the time of placing your order to ensure you and your delivery are covered.

3. How much is the delivery charge?

We offer $20 per order delivery to all our customers, Australia wide.

We take great care in ensuring each order is quality checked prior to delivery, to ensure when your order arrives at your door it’s exactly as you had ordered, and custom made to fit the measurements supplied.

4. Cancellation of orders

We have a strict non-refund policy, and therefore unable to cancel orders.

This is due to our products being a custom-made product. Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to our manufacturing warehouse, and the blinds are placed into production.

As it is a custom made product specific to your windows, we are unable to provide refunds for incorrectly measured blinds.

We are however accommodating to assit with cutting down blinds if they are too large. This will incur a fee, if you wish to take up this option.

You can have confidence that our factory ensure all products are made to your specified size. Our quality control is of the highest standard, with each blind going through various quality measures.
