What is your warranty on your products?
We have a 12 month warranty on all products ordered through Accent Direct.
Accent Direct will replace a product if the followings are present:
- faulty parts; products; or fabrics
Conditions not covered by our 12 month warranty:
- normal wear and tear
- misuse, abuse or neglect
- deterioration due to exposure to excessive moisture, heat or sunlight.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer
3. What happens if I need to change my order?
If you need to change your order after you have paid for and placed the order, simply contact our Customer Service team, who will endeavour to ensure production of the order is put on hold until your changes are made. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
If the order is on-route to be delivered, unfortunately we will be unable to refund or amend the order.
