We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to your staff at your Penrith store. We recently had plantation shutters installed and absolutely love them. We enjoyed the whole experience and would like to commend Margaret (Penrith store), Shane (installer) and Lauren (who kept us up to date with appointments etc). Everyone was very helpful and had our best interest at heart. We would also like to mention the pride and workmanship Shane showed whilst measuring and installing our blinds. He took his time and made sure the blinds were perfect before leaving. We take great pride in our possessions and to have Shane to take great pride in his work was welcomed and gratefully appreciated.

I would recommend Accent Blinds without hesitation and would definitely use them again.

To whom it may concern, all staff at Accent!

On 11/02/11 I had our new timber shutters installed. It was an enjoyable day due to the fact that your installer was very courteous, polite and helpful.

The young man from Accent came to check the measurements after the salesman had been. During that time he made some suggestions that he thought we might like, and now the shutters are in place we are so pleased with his suggestions. You could also not fault his manner.

Accent, you have a great person representing your company and I am sure you have many others, well done.

Hi there

I just wanted to say we are all very happy with the plantation shutters you installed on 3rd February. They look great and change the whole look of the windows, enhancing the rooms.

Shane, our installer did a fantastic job in very trying circumstances, as it was such a hot day. He deserves special acknowledgement for his excellent workmanship.

Thank you to all staff who helped us with our project - Rafael who quoted, Sharon who kept me up to date with appointments and Shane who did all the hard measuring and installation work. They were all lovely to deal with and made it all very easy for us.
