Just to let you know that we were very happy with the service provided by staff member, Michael who installed 2 blinds yesterday, following re work and provided a check measure for our new order. This is the 4th order that I have placed with Accent Blinds (one for an investment apartment and 3 for our house). Also your staff member, Kathy in Customer Service has always been very helpful on the phone, sorting out the difficulties of scheduling the rework and the new order check measure. We enjoyed the whole experience and would like to commend Margaret (Penrith store), Shane (installer) and Lauren (who kept us up to date with appointments etc). This morning, I had plantation shutters installed by Accent Blinds at Wallsend. The installer was a gentleman called Mark..Mark did a fantastic job. Not only did he install the shutters beautifully, but he left my house clean and tidy, and was a pleasure to talk to.Can you please pass on my thanks to Mark for his kindness, efficiency and professionalism.I would also like to thank Kayleigh at the Wallsend Office for her wonderful, courteous help to me in organising the plantation shutters and verticals, which I also had installed a few weeks ago. Kayleigh is a lovely person and I appreciate her helpfulness.. I will have no hesitation in recommending Accent products to my family and friends (and I already have!).

It was an enjoyable day due to the fact that your installer was very courteous, polite and helpful.The young man from Accent came to check the measurements after the salesman had been. During that time he made some suggestions that he thought we might like, and now the shutters are in place we are so pleased with his suggestions. Called Mrs to do payment - done, Mrs also mentioned, how lovely the installer was last night, nothing was a bother & even in tough situation as the dining shutter gave him a bit of grief - he kept his cool, found a solution & made it fit....don't ever lose him! Mrs & fitter discussed future balcony door blinds, however the house will need painting first.

I would like to give a big commendation & thank you to the kind & resourceful serviceman who repaired my honeycomb blind Thursday 2nd February. As I had advised your company on a few occasions, one of the cords had retracted into the head of the blind when the small plastic cord holder had come open when my elderly father was using the blind This kind technician listened carefully to my explanation then honestly advised he hadn’t worked with this type of blind so rang base for advice. He got the information he needed about how the blind was actually installed into the window so he could remove the blind to investigate the retracted string. The person he spoke to was insistent I would have to have a whole new blind made, as another team member had previously found it not possible to repair a broken cord. This was despite my technician repeatedly advising that the cord was not broken just retracted into the head of the blind. After concluding the phone call he offered to attempt to find the cord. I agreed. When the end bracket was opened the retracted cord was clearly visible – it had only retracted enough to be just out of reach from the outside. After pulling the cord out of the head, he was able to rehang the blind & restore full working order. He was surprised that the blind cords did not have small plastic tips on them, which are apparently normally used to prevent the cords retracting too far! I was very grateful for his kind & attentive manner & willingness to use his own initiative to try & resolve the problem rather than just say too hard – you need a whole new blind! Another point of high integrity from this man – I offered him a payment for the extra service he provided but he refused with a lovely smile saying he was happy to resolve my problem as simply as possible. Service people with this attitude of trying to resolve a problem rather than insist on the expensive option of throw it out & buy another are few & far between these days – he is an asset to your business. I hope he can be given some additional recognition within your company Many thanks
